Living in Paradise comes with its own challenges, and fires have always been one of those. Climate effects and the proximity of thousands of acres of unspoiled vegetation to residential habitation makes the potential for fire events a fact of life.

The "best defense is a good offense." Fire is dangerous, fire is scary and fire creates its own destructive path--but that doesn't mean there is nothing we can do to mitigate this risk. We specialize in construction techniques that utilize state-of-the-art fire resistant techniques.

We didn't just read about the recent fires, or watch them on TV. We lived them. Firsthand. The home of one of our partners was in the direct path of the Franklin Fire which literally scorched his property. A fire resistant home was the only thing that saved him.
